The Site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Counts, conversions, comparisons and grammar suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors. Always review important results yourself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Text Tidy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data or reliance on results.
Third-party services
The Site displays advertising from Google AdSense and uses the LanguageTool API for grammar checking. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
