How to compare two lists
- Paste your first list into List A and your second list into List B. Put one item per line, or separate items with commas, semicolons or tabs.
- Results update instantly: items only in List A, items only in List B, and items in both.
- Press Copy on any column to copy its items, one per line.
Options
- Ignore case: “Apple” and “apple” count as the same item.
- Trim spaces: removes stray spaces at the start and end of each item.
- Sort A–Z: sorts results alphabetically, with numbers in natural order (2 before 10).
- Duplicates within a list are counted once, and the number removed is shown under the lists.
