Text you enter into our tools
Our counters, converters and comparison tools process your text entirely in your web browser. That text is not sent to or stored on our servers. To prevent lost work, the Site saves your most recent text in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can remove it at any time with the Clear button or by clearing your browser data.
Grammar Checker: when you press "Check grammar", the text you entered is sent over an encrypted connection to the LanguageTool API (operated by LanguageTooler GmbH) to be analysed, and the results are returned to your browser. Please see LanguageTool's privacy policy. Do not submit confidential or personal information to the grammar checker.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.
